One link takes the booking and the deposit. Your calendar and checkout stay in step — on the web and in the Keppia app.
Book clients, take their money, run your day. Everything a one-person business does in a day, without stitching tools together.
Clients book themselves from your link, with deposits, add-ons and your rules.
Charge at checkout with tips and tax worked out, and money straight to your Stripe account.
Who's next, what's been paid and where the gaps are — with status colors and notifications that keep the day moving.
Share your booking link or QR code on social media, your website — anywhere clients find you. They pick a service, an option and add-ons, choose an open time and pay a deposit or save a card — while you're busy with someone else.
Clients get a reminder email before their appointment — 24 hours ahead by default, anywhere from 1 to 168 hours, or off.
Each booking can be moved online once, from the Manage booking link in the confirmation email.
Subscribe in Apple Calendar, Google Calendar or Outlook, and bookings show up there too. It's a private link — reset it any time from the app.
Every booking wears its status as a color, on the web and in the app. You know what's done, what's next and what needs you — without opening a thing.
The same colors in the Keppia app.
Two separate protections — turn on either one, or both. A deposit is paid when they book and holds the slot. A card guarantee only saves their card, and covers late cancellations and no-shows. Your policy decides what's fair — and your client sees it before they book.
Policy charges $58.00 (50% of the price). Deposit already paid $20.00 is kept and counts toward it. $38.00 will be charged to the card on file. This can't be undone.
Tiers need the card guarantee. With a deposit only, cancelling simply keeps the deposit.
Turn on Returning clients only for an add-on like Touch-up. Keppia checks for the same service within your window, applies the returning price and pairs the two bookings.
Make a Touch-up add-on for Signature session and switch on Returning clients only. Choose the window — anywhere from 1 to 365 days.
Set where you start and up to 6 distance tiers. Clients see your fee range while they book, and the exact travel fee once they enter their address. Someone outside your area isn't turned away — it becomes a request you confirm or decline.
If you don't confirm within 24 hours — or by the start time, if that's sooner — it's declined automatically and your client is emailed.
